We work from demolition plans, coordinate with general contractors and site engineers, and handle the excavation and grading that follows the teardown so the site transitions cleanly from demo to construction without a gap between contractors. Residential demolition on a raw land site often means removing an old structure, a barn, a shed, or a foundation before new construction can begin. We tear down, remove, and haul off what needs to go — and we do it without leaving buried debris, broken concrete, or old foundation material that creates problems for grading and site prep that follows. If the demolition is part of a larger site project, we coordinate it as the first phase so the rest of the work moves forward on a clean, unobstructed site.
